An iconic, yet respectful sport campus environment embedded in nature
Pargas “Havis Sport & Leisure”, located in Norrby, Pargas. The sports and leisure center will be developed into a new attraction in Pargas. It will be a sports center of international standard with a unique sports facility for both residents and visitors, sustainably built complex in a unique location.
Pargas Havis has first-class conditions for club activities, active leisure, and accommodation. The vision of the “Pargas Havis” sport center is to conceive an iconic, yet respectful sport campus environment embedded in nature on the Norrby peninsula north east from Pargas. The concept of the “Havis” bath house and the ice-skating rink is to elaborate on the various states of water and the phenomenon of the ice that forms on the ocean when seawater freezes.

Pargas “Havis” is a unique place restful for both mind and body. A place for exercise and increased well-being. The apex of the area is the ice and water sports center, which will be surrounded by a wide range of competitive sports and leisure activities for residents, children, and young people. It will also attract sports teams and visitors from near and far. In addition to the sports center, high quality housing will be built by the sea.
The Sport Center is situated on the most planar northern part in the area with a forest backdrop and views towards the waterfront. Inside the sport center you will find a generous lobby and lounge area with a modern ice rink and a swimming pool-spa, as well as facilities for fitness training and dancing, and all-activity rooms for associations and residents. The sports center is complemented by accommodation for camps and restaurant services.



All buildings are intended to build of CLT to minimize the carbon footprint
The residential building, designed and situated to provide the best possible view of the sea carefully placed into the sloped terrain. Four high-quality low-rise buildings will be built by the sea, with a total of around 40 homes. In addition to the sports center’s services, future residents and all city dwellers will have access to a marine recreation area: including a marina, restaurant, beach, paddle court and beach sauna. All buildings are intended to be build of CLT to minimize the carbon footprint.
