The design embraces its maritime setting, forming a sculptural residential block
Verkkosaari’s new landmark
On a peninsula in Verkkosaari, the site forms a visible landmark with sea views in several directions. The design embraces its maritime setting, forming a sculptural residential block that enhances the area’s identity. Curved balconies inspired by sails of a Schooner, adding rhythm and elegance to the skyline. A unified, curved roof ties the upper masses together and links the block visually to the waterfront. Strategic massing improves sea views, sunlight access, and construction simplicity while ensuring design harmony.

Designed for comfort, flexibility, and scenic living
Apartments are thoughtfully designed for comfort, flexibility, and scenic living. Balconies are oriented to the south and east for optimal light and views. Spacious, dual-aspect units are located on upper floors, while compact apartments face north. Ground-floor homes near the shoreline feature private yards and high ceilings, offering unique loft-style potential. Adaptable layouts support varied lifestyles and long-term livability.

Recycled aluminium, which cuts emissions by 80% compared to primary aluminium.
The project aims for a high urban and technical quality, with an emphasis on sustainable, low-carbon materials and a minimized carbon footprint in the early phases of the building lifecycle.
Green roofs and solar panels are planned for all rooftops, using biosolar systems that combine greenery and energy generation. Facades prioritize recycled materials, especially unpainted aluminium, which cuts emissions by 80% compared to primary aluminium.
