The Turku Market Square Pavilions have been selected the winner of the 2022 Finnish Steel Construction Prize. The steel structure of the roof canopies plays a key role in achieving the light and airy appearance of the pavilions. Clad in wood, the pavilions stand like trees, creating warm and inviting meeting places on the market square.
